How long will I have access to my courses?
Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.

If my course has expired, how do I get an extension?
You may purchase a 1 month extension (up to a total 2 extensions can be purchased in a one year period) for $5 per course.

How do I receive my course completion certificate and how do my hours get submitted for credit?
At the end of the course, you are able to print your certificate. This certificate is only for the original course you have purchased with that date of completion. If you choose to review the course again, you will not get another certificate with a different date. Once the original certificate is obtained you can print this out as many times as you need to, during your registration period.

You are required to submit your course completion certificates to the Division of Real Estate to receive CE credit.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds requested for Online courses that have not been completed: Students who purchase an online class may cancel within 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment.
